These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Decorly: AI Home Design mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

The Service is operated by JOYLINK NETWORK TECH LIMITED (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using Decorly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Decorly is an AI-powered home and interior design application that allows users to explore and visualize interior design ideas.

Depending on the features available in the app, the Service may allow you to:

Select predefined interior design templates;
Upload or capture photographs of rooms or spaces;
Generate AI-assisted interior design images based on uploaded photographs and selected templates;
Modify or refine generated images using text-based instructions;
Create different design variations;
Compare original and generated images;
Save generated images to your device;
Share generated images;
Access previously generated designs through the application's history feature; and
Access additional features available through an in-app subscription.

AI-generated results are intended for visualization and creative purposes and may not accurately represent real-world materials, dimensions, construction requirements, or the actual appearance of a redesigned space.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the Service under the laws applicable to you.

If you are under the age required to enter into a legally binding agreement in your country or region, you may use the Service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

By using the Service, you represent that you meet the applicable eligibility requirements.

3. User Content

“User Content” means any photographs, images, text, prompts, or other materials that you submit to or create through the Service.

You retain ownership of the User Content that you submit to Decorly.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and authorizations to upload or use any User Content.

You must not upload content that:

You do not have the right to use;
Infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
Contains unlawful or fraudulent material;
Contains highly sensitive personal information without appropriate authorization;
Contains content intended to harass, threaten, or harm others; or
Violates applicable laws or regulations.

You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit to the Service.

4. License to Process User Content

In order to provide the Service, we need permission to process your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and technically modify your User Content only as reasonably necessary to:

Operate the Service;
Process your requests;
Generate AI-assisted images;
Provide image editing functionality;
Store your designs when applicable;
Maintain and improve the technical operation of the Service; and
Provide customer support.

This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to us.

We do not claim ownership of your photographs or other original User Content merely because you use the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content

Decorly uses artificial intelligence and third-party technology to generate or modify images.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, unexpected elements, distortions, or results that differ from your instructions.

You understand and agree that:

AI-generated results are not guaranteed to be accurate;
Results may vary between generations;
AI may interpret prompts differently from what you intended;
Generated images should not be treated as professional architectural, engineering, construction, or interior design advice; and
You are responsible for evaluating whether any generated content is appropriate for your intended use.

You should not rely solely on AI-generated content when making decisions involving construction, renovation, structural changes, electrical systems, plumbing, building safety, or other matters requiring professional expertise.

6. Your Responsibility for Generated Content

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using, publishing, sharing, or relying on it.

You agree not to use generated content for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe the rights of others.

Because AI-generated results may unintentionally resemble existing copyrighted or trademarked materials, you are responsible for determining whether your intended use is appropriate.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation;
Infringe intellectual property or other rights;
Upload content without the necessary rights or permissions;
Generate content intended to facilitate illegal activity;
Attempt to bypass technical restrictions or usage limits;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service;
Interfere with the operation or security of the Service;
Use automated systems, bots, scripts, or other methods to abuse or overload the Service;
Circumvent subscription, generation, or usage limitations;
Resell or commercially redistribute access to the Service without our authorization; or
Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service or other users' access to it.

We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe that an account or use of the Service violates these Terms.

8. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Some features of Decorly may be available through an optional paid subscription.

Subscriptions are purchased through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's applicable terms and payment processes.

Available subscription plans, prices, billing periods, and promotional offers are displayed within the App Store purchase interface or within the application before purchase.

Your subscription may provide access to features such as:

Additional AI image generations;
AI image editing;
Watermark-free exports;
Higher-quality image exports; and
Other premium features described in the application.

Subscription features and limits may vary by plan.

9. Subscription Renewal

If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the applicable subscription period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

Your Apple account will be charged for renewal according to the applicable subscription terms displayed by Apple.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account settings.

Deleting the application does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

10. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

If a free trial or promotional offer is available, the applicable terms, duration, eligibility requirements, and pricing will be displayed before you start the offer.

Unless otherwise stated, when a free trial ends, the applicable subscription will automatically begin and your Apple account may be charged according to the selected subscription plan.

You may cancel a trial or promotional subscription through your Apple Account settings before the applicable renewal or conversion date.

Eligibility for promotional offers may be determined by Apple and/or us.

11. Payments and Refunds

Payments for subscriptions and other in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.

We do not directly process your Apple App Store payment information.

Refund requests are generally handled by Apple according to Apple's applicable policies and procedures.

If you believe you were incorrectly charged, you should submit a refund request through Apple's official support channels.

12. Usage Limits

Certain features may be subject to usage limits, generation limits, daily limits, technical restrictions, or other reasonable restrictions.

For example, AI generation and AI editing features may have different usage limits for free and paid users.

Any applicable limits will be presented within the application or associated purchase interface.

We may modify reasonable usage limits when necessary to maintain service quality, prevent abuse, manage technical resources, or ensure the stability of the Service.

13. Third-Party AI and Technology Services

Decorly may rely on third-party technology providers to provide certain functions, including AI image generation, image processing, cloud infrastructure, analytics, crash reporting, payment processing, and other technical services.

Your content may be transmitted to third-party service providers when necessary to provide a requested feature.

Such processing is subject to our Privacy Policy and the applicable terms of those third-party providers.

We select service providers that we believe are reasonably appropriate for providing the relevant functionality, but we do not guarantee that third-party services will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

14. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, interface, design, branding, logos, text, graphics, icons, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to JOYLINK NETWORK TECH LIMITED and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:

Copy;
Modify;
Distribute;
Sell;
Lease;
License;
Reverse engineer;
Reproduce; or
Create derivative works from

any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

15. Your Use of Generated Results

Subject to these Terms and any applicable third-party rights, you may use AI-generated results provided to you through the Service for your personal purposes.

If you intend to use generated results commercially, you are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.

We do not guarantee that any particular generated result is free from third-party intellectual property rights.

16. Availability of the Service

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Service at any time.

We do not guarantee that:

The Service will always be available;
AI generation will always succeed;
Results will always be consistent;
Generation will always complete within a particular period;
Any particular feature will remain available; or
The Service will be compatible with every device or operating system version.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical problems, network issues, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

17. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

DECORLY IS A CREATIVE VISUALIZATION TOOL AND IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL, ENGINEERING, CONSTRUCTION, SAFETY, OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JOYLINK NETWORK TECH LIMITED and its officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the Service during the applicable period giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JOYLINK NETWORK TECH LIMITED and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

Your violation of these Terms;
Your User Content;
Your unlawful use of the Service; or
Your infringement of another person's rights.

20. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe that you:

Violate these Terms;
Abuse the Service;
Attempt to circumvent usage restrictions;
Engage in fraudulent activity; or
Use the Service in a manner that may harm the Service, our users, or third parties.

Termination does not affect provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification provisions.

Your privacy is important to us.

Our collection, use, processing, storage, and disclosure of personal information and user-provided content are described in our Privacy Policy.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we may update the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country or region.

24. Apple App Store Terms

If you download or use Decorly through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and JOYLINK NETWORK TECH LIMITED, and not Apple.

Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the Service.

To the extent applicable, your use of the Service must also comply with Apple's applicable App Store terms and conditions.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary where applicable.
