We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide AI interior design features.
1.1 User-Provided Images
When you use AI interior design features, you may select and upload images, such as:
Room photos
Interior images
Other images selected by you for AI processing
Uploaded images are used only to generate AI-designed interior results requested by you.
1.2 Device and Technical Information
We may process limited technical information necessary for app operation, including:
Device model
Operating system version
App version
This information is used for app performance, stability, and troubleshooting.
2. AI Image Processing Consent
Before the first AI image processing request, the App provides an in-app notice explaining:
What data is sent: User-selected images
Who receives the data: Replicate AI Platform and its hosted AI model service
Why the data is sent: To generate AI interior design images requested by the user
Users must actively choose to continue before images are transmitted for AI processing.
If the user does not agree, images will not be sent for AI generation.
3. How We Use Uploaded Images
Uploaded images are used only for providing requested AI interior design features, including:
Transforming room styles
Generating interior design concepts
Creating AI-enhanced home designs
We do not use uploaded images for:
Advertising profiling
User tracking
Building image databases
Training our own AI models
Any unrelated purpose
4. Third-Party AI Processing (Replicate)
To provide AI image generation functionality, the App uses Replicate AI Platform with AI models including the interior-design model.
During AI processing:
User-selected images are securely transmitted to Replicate for processing
Images are used only to generate the requested AI interior design result
We do not send unrelated personal information
We do not operate our own image storage system for uploaded images

5. Image Processing and Data Deletion
We prioritize data minimization and user privacy.
Uploaded images are processed in real time
Images are used only during the AI generation process
We do not store or retain uploaded images
We do not create permanent copies of user images
All uploaded images and related processing data are automatically deleted within seconds after processing is completed
Images are not retained after the requested AI generation task is finished.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade user data.
We only share information when necessary to provide requested functionality:
With Replicate AI Platform for AI image processing
When required by applicable laws or legal obligations
No uploaded images are shared for advertising or unrelated purposes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information during transmission and processing, including secure communication methods.
However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.
